Employing Live Subsurface Measurements to Support Supervised and Autonomous Intelligent Decision-Making While Fracturing
Historically, real-time changes during fracturing treatments have primarily been limited to avoiding or controlling screenouts using only the guidance of surface treating pressure. This paper introduces a workflow that utilizes live surface-based measurements of perforation friction, perforation efficiency, and Uniformity Index to support intelligent decision-making based on subsurface data during a fracture stage.

Machina: A Unified Design-to-Execution Well Optimization Suite with Real-Time Closed-Loop Fracturing
Hydraulic fracturing optimization has historically been segmented across disconnected workflows including pre-stage design, field execution, post-stage diagnostics, and historical analysis. Machina is an integrated well optimization suite that unifies treatment design, earth model enablement, real-time subsurface measurement, intra-stage intervention, frac hit detection and mitigation, live pad-level operational tracking, historical performance analytics, supply chain and cost optimization, and real-time water quality analysis.

SAFA: Consistent Execution Beats Perfect Design
Every shale operator has strong completion designs. Yet even the best designs produce inconsistent results. Stage-to-stage and well-to-well variability remain an unavoidable reality. Seismos measures subsurface performance in real time and applies clear, operator-approved logic to guide execution decisions during the job.
