Sales Professional (Pipeline Integrity)

Job Summary:
Seismos, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional to oversee and grow our midstream market for our Pipeline Predictive Health Monitoring (PPHM™) service. The position requires previous experience in midstream, preferably in pipeline integrity or operations. The candidate must have experience in creating a go-to-market strategy and effectively implementing this strategy. This includes identifying market segmentation and creating value propositions for each.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the midstream market
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the midstream market
- Design and optimize product offering structure. Suggest features, deliverables, and visualizations to maintain an edge over the competition.
- Incorporate customer feedback and adjust accordingly. Implement internal feedback for further adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with Seismos' technical team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is incorporated into product development
- Assess competitive offerings on the technical and business side. Collect intelligence on features, specs, pricing, clientele and more
- Evaluate potential partnerships and build the business case of why/how such a partnership will be beneficial to Seismos
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences
- Provide regular reports on sales and market trends to senior management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in midstream, preferably in pipeline integrity or operations
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the midstream market
- Experience managing and building sales teams
- Strong technical knowledge of pipeline systems and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
