Panos holds a combined military, engineering, and business background. Following his services in the armed forces as a 2nd Lieutenant and Chemical Engineer, Panos worked in the Silicon Valley before becoming a serial entrepreneur. Currently at his third company, Panos has successfully founded, grown, and sold multiple businesses prior to starting Seismos, including major projects in nearly every Asian country.

Steven has over 10 years experience in completion operations and currently oversees sales and operations at Seismos. Steven is from Louisiana and holds an electrical engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University.

David has 20 years of industry experience, including drilling instrumentation, rig control systems and drilling automation. He also has 13 years of acoustics research, including ASW and navigation SONAR for US Navy vessels. David holds Masters of Engineering and BSEE degrees from the University of Texas.

Dr. Harris is an advisor with Seismos and is also the Cecil and Ida Green Professor of Geophysics at Stanford University. He studies seismic wave propagation and imaging for applications in subsurface reservoir characterization and monitoring.

Dr. Abou-Sayed has more than 38 years of industry experience focused on well stimulation and production enhancement for reservoirs and shale plays. Since early 2008, he has focused his activities in support of developing Unconventional and Shale plays; Haynesville, Bossier, Marcellus, Utica and Eagle Ford shale plays. 

Dr. Moos has more than 30 years of academic and industry experience. He recently retired from his position at Baker Hughes as a Technology Fellow. Dr. Moos holds a PhD in geophysics from Stanford University, and BS in geology from Cornell University.

Craig Cipolla is a hydraulic fracturing and unconventional reservoir engineering advisor supporting Seismos as a technical advisor. He brings more than four decades of global experience in hydraulic fracturing, fracture diagnostics, geomechanics, geophysics, and fractured-reservoir modeling and advises select companies deploying advanced completion technologies. Craig is widely recognized for his contributions to completion optimization, having co-authored more than 90 technical papers, served as an SPE Distinguished Lecturer, and received the SPE International Completion Optimization and Technology Award. He is an SPE Distinguished Member and an active leader across SPE conferences and forums.

Hossein Davari, Ph.D. Mechanical Engineering, Univ. of Cincinnati. 12-yrs of combined experience in Data Science & AI/ML for industrial applications including smart monitoring systems & process optimization. Leading the development of innovative ML solutions for optimizing completion operations

Mason Nasizadeh is a Business Unit Manager focused on technology development and market entry for physics-based energy systems, bridging R&D, operations, and commercialization to bring operator-grade solutions to scale.

With several years of experience in engineering and business development, Gabriel has supported operators in multiple key North American basins. Graduating first in his class with the prestigious University Medal, he holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA at Rice University as a Rice Business Scholar Award recipient.
