Panos holds a combined military, engineering, and business background. Following his services in the armed forces as a 2nd Lieutenant and Chemical Engineer, Panos worked in the Silicon Valley before becoming a serial entrepreneur. Currently at his third company, Panos has successfully founded, grown, and sold multiple businesses prior to starting Seismos, including major projects in nearly every Asian country.

David has 20 years of industry experience, including drilling instrumentation, rig control systems and drilling automation. He also has 13 years of acoustics research, including ASW and navigation SONAR for US Navy vessels. David holds Masters of Engineering and BSEE degrees from the University of Texas.

Dr. Moos has more than 30 years of academic and industry experience. He recently retired from his position at Baker Hughes as a Technology Fellow. Dr. Moos holds a PhD in geophysics from Stanford University, and BS in geology from Cornell University.

Steven has over 10 years experience in completion operations and currently oversees sales and operations at Seismos. Steven is from Louisiana and holds an electrical engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University.

Dr. Abou-Sayed has more than 38 years of industry experience focused on well stimulation and production enhancement for reservoirs and shale plays. Since early 2008, he has focused his activities in support of developing Unconventional and Shale plays; Haynesville, Bossier, Marcellus, Utica and Eagle Ford shale plays. 

Dr. Harris is an advisor with Seismos and is also the Cecil and Ida Green Professor of Geophysics at Stanford University. He studies seismic wave propagation and imaging for applications in subsurface reservoir characterization and monitoring.

Mason Nasizadeh holds a B.S. in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Houston and has over a decade of experience at the intersection of energy and technology. As a Business Development Manager, he specializes in turning innovative technology into market-ready solutions. Mason identifies industry needs, refines product strategies, and works closely with engineering teams to ensure technical advancements translate into real business impact. His focus is on bridging the gap between innovation and adoption—driving growth, commercialization, and scalable success in the energy sector.

Anthony served in the Marines Corps as an Infantryman with multiple deployments to Iraq, being awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat Valor. Anthony graduated Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Construction Engineering Technology and began working in Project Management for Heavy Civil Construction. He then switched industries to Oil and Gas working in completion operations, with 10 years experience he currently manages the Field Engineering and Operations at Seismos.

Hossein Davari, Ph.D. Mechanical Engineering, Univ. of Cincinnati. 12-yrs of combined experience in Data Science & AI/ML for industrial applications including smart monitoring systems & process optimization. Leading the development of innovative ML solutions for optimizing completion operations

With several years of experience in engineering and business development, Gabriel has supported operators in multiple key North American basins. Graduating first in his class with the prestigious University Medal, he holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA at Rice University as a Rice Business Scholar Award recipient.
