Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager

The technology provides real-time visibility into subsurface and pipeline environments, enabling closed-loop hydraulic fracturing and continuous pipeline integrity monitoring. By fusing proprietary sensing with advanced AI, Seismos delivers the operational intelligence needed to enhance performance, reliability, and autonomy.


Role:

The marketing manager will be a creative and analytical thinker responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies. This role requires wearing multiple hats, as you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from digital marketing campaigns to event planning and market research. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, ready to take on challenges with a proactive and results-oriented approach.


Responsibilities:

1 - Strategy & Leadership

  • Build a 12-month digital marketing roadmap aligned to revenue goals, product launches, and key trade-show cycles.
  • Define KPIs and create dashboards that tie marketing activity to pipeline and bookings.

2 - Content & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-touch campaigns (email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, ABM) that resonate with technical buyers.
  • Own the editorial calendar; commission, write, or repurpose white papers, case studies, videos, and webinars showcasing customer value.
  • Manage website CMS and landing pages, continually A/B-testing copy, design, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.

3 - Revenue & Funnel Management

  • Partner with Sales to design lead-scoring models, automate hand-offs in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), and shorten the MQL-to-SQL cycle.
  • Optimize paid media budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry publications to maximize cost-per-opportunity efficiency.

4 - Events & Field Marketing

  • Coordinate the company's presence at major industry conferences, including booth design, pre-show promotion, on-site lead capture, and post-show nurture.
  • Identify sponsorships or hosted workshops that raise visibility with key operators and service companies.

5 - Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track channel-level performance weekly; run experiments to improve click-through, engagement, and opportunity creation.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover emerging trends and whitespace opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • 4–7 years in B2B digital marketing, ideally industrial tech, or energy services
  • Proven track record of building pipeline via paid and organic channels
  • Mastery of a modern marketing stack (Analytics, Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, WordPress or Webflow, marketing automation)
  • Exceptional writing skills that translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field


Travel

  • May be required to travel to various well-site and vendor locations (< 15%)
