Position Title: Sales Lead - Pipeline Optimization & Flow Assurance

About the role
We're hiring a Sales Lead to drive growth for a technical platform that helps pipeline operators optimize throughput and flow assurance using existing SCADA data. Our platform maps friction behavior across the long-distance lines, including transmission and offshore, to enable smarter decisions around pump horsepower, DRA dosage, cleaning, and valve settings to reduce cost and unlock capacity. This is a consultative, technical sales role focused on midstream liquid pipeline operators in North America. You’ll work across operations, hydraulic engineering, commercial, and sustainability stakeholders to develop pilots, prove value, and expand into larger deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified operator opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales motions and ROI-based business cases
  • Support technical demos and pilot scoping with engineering
  • Convert pilots into long-term commercial deployments
  • Build channel opportunities with DRA suppliers and adjacent partners
  • Represent the company at industry events and operator forums
  • Deliver market feedback to product and leadership teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in pipeline, midstream, or related industrial sales/business development
  • Experience selling technical solutions to engineering-led buyers
  • Strong relationships within North American midstream operators
  • Track record with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and pilot-based deals
  • Ability to connect technical detail to commercial value
  • Direct DRA, flow assurance, or pipeline optimization experience
  • Familiarity with SCADA, hydraulic modeling, or industrial analytics tools

  • Occasional travel to conferences, client meetings, remote team meetings (< 60%)
